Implants,
planned in 3D.
From a single missing tooth to a full arch, implant care at Integrity starts with a 3D CBCT scan and a clear plan — what we'll do, in what order and what it will cost — before anything begins.

- CBCT3D imaging of bone and nerves, in our office
- 3on6™certified full-arch provider
- One roofplanning, implant and final teeth in one place
What is a dental implant?
A dental implant is a small titanium post placed in the jawbone where a tooth is missing. Once it heals and bonds with the bone, it works like a tooth root and holds a crown, a bridge or a full arch of teeth.
Unlike a bridge, an implant doesn't rely on the neighboring teeth for support, and it helps preserve the bone where the tooth was lost.
At Integrity, implants are planned on a 3D CBCT scan taken in our office, so the position of each implant is mapped against your bone and nerves before treatment.

Three ways we replace teeth.
The right option depends on how many teeth are missing and on your bone and gum health. The CBCT scan tells us which options are realistic for you.
- Single implant — one missing tooth, replaced without touching the teeth next to it
- Implant bridge — several missing teeth in a row, supported by two or more implants
- 3on6™ full arch — for people missing most or all teeth in an arch: three custom segments secured on six implants
- Replacing a failing bridge or denture — moving from removable to fixed teeth
From first scan to final teeth.

Consultation & CBCT
We examine your mouth, review your health history and take a 3D scan.
- 02
Your plan & cost
You see the plan on screen: options, timeline and cost, explained before you decide.
- 03
Implant placement
The implant is placed under local anesthesia. Healing usually takes a few months while it bonds with the bone.
- 04
Final teeth
We attach your crown, bridge or full-arch restoration and check your bite.
Every timeline is individual. Some patients need bone grafting or extractions first; others can move faster. Your written plan shows each step and when it happens.
What is 3on6™?
3on6™ is a fixed full-arch restoration: three custom-made segments of teeth secured on six implants, for people who are missing — or about to lose — most of the teeth in an arch.
Because the arch is made in three sections instead of one piece, it is designed to be easier to clean and maintain, and a single segment can be serviced without replacing the whole arch. Dr. Alex Fedorenko has been a certified 3on6™ provider since 2021.
Whether 3on6™ is right for you depends on your bone, bite and health — we'll tell you honestly after the CBCT scan.
Why patients trust us with implants.
3D before anything begins
CBCT imaging in our office shows bone volume and nerve position, so placement is planned, not guessed.

Book a consultationWhat patients ask us.
Am I a candidate for dental implants?
Most adults with good general health can be considered. What matters most is the amount of bone, the health of your gums and your medical history. The 3D CBCT scan at your consultation answers the bone question.
Does getting an implant hurt?
Implants are placed under local anesthesia, so most patients feel pressure rather than pain during the procedure. Mild soreness for a few days afterward is common and usually managed with over-the-counter medication.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on your case. A single implant typically takes a few months from placement to final crown, because the implant needs time to bond with the bone. Your plan shows the timeline before you start.
Does insurance cover implants?
Some PPO plans cover part of implant treatment, and many cover the crown on top. We check your benefits and explain your out-of-pocket cost before treatment.
What is the difference between 3on6™ and All-on-4?
Both are fixed full-arch solutions on implants. All-on-4 uses one solid bridge on four implants; 3on6™ uses three separate segments on six implants, which is designed to make cleaning and future maintenance easier.
How long do implants last?
With good home care and regular checkups, implant restorations commonly last 10 to 20 years or more.
